1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Mbahtoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "mbahtoto"), governing your access to and use of the online betting and gaming services available at mbahtoto.cam and any associated mobile applications or related platforms operated by us.

Mbahtoto operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. We do not hold or claim any licence issued by any Malaysian government authority, including Bank Negara Malaysia, the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, or any other Malaysian regulatory body. No such licensing exists for online gambling platforms operating in the international market serving Malaysian users. We encourage all users to understand the legal context applicable in their own jurisdiction prior to participating.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the mbahtoto platform, you unconditionally agree to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on mbahtoto, you must at all times satisfy the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active. The minimum age is strictly enforced through our KYC verification process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations under the laws of your country of residence.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on mbahtoto. The creation of duplicate, supplementary, or related accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
• Own Behalf: You must be registering and using the platform exclusively on your own behalf and with your own funds. Registering on behalf of a third party, or using funds owned by a third party without their express authority, is prohibited.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for verifying that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before using mbahtoto. We do not warrant legality in any specific jurisdiction. Malaysian users should be aware that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is complex and the legal status of offshore platforms is not definitively established.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement previously agreed with mbahtoto or any other gambling operator, or mandated by any regulatory body or court order.

4Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of mbahtoto services, you must complete our registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You represent and warrant that all information you submit during registration and any subsequent updates thereto is truthful and accurate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify mbahtoto immediately via our 24/7 support channels if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.
• Mbahtoto will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any unsolicited communication.
• You are liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it, if such activity results from your failure to maintain account security.
• All account-registered contact details (email address, phone number) must remain current. You are responsible for updating your details if they change.

5Permitted Use of Platform

Mbahtoto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform strictly for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party without express written consent from mbahtoto.
• Using automated software, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or collect data.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Attempting to circumvent, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the platform.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing abusive, defamatory, or offensive content through any platform feature.

Mbahtoto reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take immediate action, including account suspension, fund withholding pending investigation, or permanent account closure.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on mbahtoto are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) or cryptocurrency equivalent where applicable. Supported payment methods include FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Mbahtoto may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and VIP tier rewards to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") before withdrawal. Standard rollover requirements range from X10 to X20, meaning bonus funds must be wagered between ten and twenty times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the relevant offer.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in your account, maximum permitted bets are typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round or transaction. Exceeding this cap whilst using bonus funds may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Full contribution rate tables are published with each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Uncompleted wagering at expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise specified, each promotion is available once per eligible player, household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: Mbahtoto reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers is detected.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on mbahtoto are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after acceptance by the system, except in circumstances expressly provided for within our specific product rules (e.g., void bets, abandoned events, market suspension).

9Responsible Gambling

Mbahtoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes and should never be used as a source of income or financial solution. We strongly encourage all players to gamble within their personal financial means and to set limits on their play.

• 21+ Only: Gambling on mbahtoto is strictly limited to persons aged 21 years and above.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits from within their account settings at any time. Once set, reductions to deposit limits take immediate effect. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-excluded players will be prevented from accessing the platform for the agreed period. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Session Reminders: Time reminder features are available to all users and can be configured within account settings to prompt review of session duration.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the mbahtoto platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, text, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of mbahtoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable licence to view and use platform content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with legitimate use of the mbahtoto service. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written permission from mbahtoto.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbahtoto and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

• Mbahtoto provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Mbahtoto is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain account security.
• Our total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that user in the preceding six (6) calendar months.

12Suspension & Termination

Mbahtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplemental rules or policies;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or subsequent account management;
• Suspected engagement in match-fixing, money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Bonus abuse, systematic exploitation of promotions, or multi-accounting;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive calendar months, subject to applicable dormancy policy;
• Any legal obligation, regulatory instruction, or court order requiring us to do so.

Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user within a reasonable timeframe via the registered withdrawal method.

13Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mbahtoto holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's designated dispute resolution authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own country of residence.

14Amendments

Mbahtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notification on the platform.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and may close your account at any time.
